The lack of employment opportunities have had a devastating impact on African-American families. How can a man be the head of a house or participate jointly in providing financially for his family if he is unemployed? 75% of African-American children are living in single-parent households with majority of the households being female headed. 3. Our communities have been devastated by unemployment, incarceration, drugs, lack of adequate educational and informational resources and fatherless households.
If you believe people do not work because they do not want to work give me a list of job openings and I’ll match those openings with qualified applicants; if they qualify you must ensure they are hired.
